"Helping the Injured and Disabled."

No fee is paid unless and until you win!

Social Security

All fees in Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) cases are set by Congress and must be approved by the Social Security Administration as part of the process when a case is won. Fees are 25% of any back benefit you receive, with a maximum fee cap of $6000.

Worker's Compensation

Under Wisconsin state law, a Wisconsin Worker's Compensation may only charge 20 percent of the amount of recovered compensation. The attorney fee is simply deducted from your payments or settlement, and therefore you do not pay attorney fees until you receive compensation for your injury or illness.

In addition to the attorney fees, if Social Security or Worker's Compensation expenses related to helping you obtain benefits are paid by the law firm, the person awarded benefits will reimburse the firm.
